THE US DOLLAR One of the most popular topics in the financial press as of late has been the potential for a collapse in the US dollar, led by huge sell-offs from China and Japan (and may I add, India?). In my view, this sell-off won't occur until such time as it is in the interest of China and Japan to do so. Their political regimes also benefit from the world dollar standard, you see. But, it's fun to read this article and laugh about those of you who will be screwed by skyrocketing interest rates.
