Of course, I'm guessing Masugi doesn't really want to carry his argument to its logical conclusion. Why stop at the state level for trade restrictions? Why not the county? The municipality? The private neighborhood organization? How about each man decides what the heck he wants to buy and sell? If he did, he'd have to come out in favor of secession and anarchy!
